What I keep, and why.

Enquiries are used to respond to you. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or used to train anyone else’s models.

Performance Forge is the trading name of Daniel Phillips, sole trader, Carmarthenshire, Wales. Contact: enquiries@performanceforge.co.uk, 07512 049014.

When you submit the enquiry form I store your name, contact details, machine description and message so I can reply and keep a record of the job. Email, phone and WhatsApp messages are kept for the same reason.

I do not run advertising pixels or analytics suites on this site. Payment details, when taken, are handled by the payment provider — I do not store card numbers.

You can ask to see or delete the personal data I hold by emailing enquiries@performanceforge.co.uk. I keep job records as long as needed for warranty (90 days on repairs, longer if a dispute is open) and then only what I am required to keep for tax.
