For creators
Lower latency. Faster exports. Timeline that keeps up.
A machine that scores well in Time Spy can still drop frames on a 4K timeline and take an hour to export. Creator work is measured on encode, playback and sustained multi-hour load — not a game benchmark in disguise.

What I actually tune for
- Timeline playback in Premiere, DaVinci, Resolve and similar — fewer dropped frames under effects
- Export and encode time (hardware encoder vs CPU, power limits that throttle mid-render)
- Sustained multi-hour loads without thermal collapse halfway through a night render
- Background process and power-plan work so the encode is not fighting Windows
- Storage and memory latency that shows up as scrubbing hitch, not as a 3DMark score
How a job is scoped
Tell me the NLE, resolution, codec and whether you also game on the same box. I’ll say whether a thermal restore, a performance tune, or a different GPU / encode path is the better spend.
If the machine is already where it should be for your workload, I’ll tell you. If an upgrade beats a tune for export time, I’ll tell you that too.
Typical path
Thermal Restore from £89 · Performance Tune from £249 · Health Check £59 if you want the diagnosis first.
